Every Mighty Dainty piece is covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If your jewelry breaks or shows a defect within 90 days, please reach out to us with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll happily repair or replace the item at no cost.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or improper care (such as exposure to water, chemicals, or impact).

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-customized jewelry. If for any reason you’re not in love with your piece, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange — no questions asked.

Please note that customized or engraved orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as each piece is made uniquely for you.

Almost all of our orders ship next business day from our studio in California. Some exceptions apply for made-to-order or more intricate pieces, which will have a clear shipping timeline posted on the product page.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your package every step of the way.

Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier service.
