How do I know what materials are used in my jewelry?

Where is your jewelry made and what are your manufacturing standards?
We work closely with our jewelers and pride ourselves on the materials used and practices followed. You can read all about it here, in the About Us section.
Are your diamonds conflict free?
Yes! We use only high quality, socially-responsible diamonds sourced from suppliers who follow ethical practices.
Can I request a custom piece?
We’re not able to accommodate custom pieces at the moment but we encourage you to join our newsletter - we launch new products weekly so you’ll definitely find something you love! We also love hearing your feedback, email us at email@example.com anytime and we’ll pass along to our Product Team.
What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?
First off, our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Happiness Team will be happy to help resolve right away.
Do you have a warranty?
Your jewelry is under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover scratches, damages caused by accident (bent ring, broken chain), abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear.
Can I get my jewelry fixed or reworked by an outside jeweler?
We don't recommend having our products worked on by outside jewelers as this voids any potential for refund or replacement (should a defect develop due to their work).
