What’s your return policy?
We accept free returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify, your returned piece must arrive back at our facility within this 30-day window. All original tags must be attached, packaging must be intact, and the jewelry must show no signs of wear.
Please note that custom engraved or photo pieces are made just for you and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

Return within the U.S. is free, but your original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
For international orders, duties and taxes may apply — these fees are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be waived or reimbursed, even if your order is returned.

To help your return reach us smoothly:

• All items must have their original tags attached and show no signs of wear.
• Please use the original packaging (or a smaller one) when returning your order. Oversized or heavy boxes may increase postage costs, which may be deducted from your refund.
• Mighty Dainty is not responsible for additional courier fees due to oversized packaging.

We’re unable to refund the original shipping fee from your order.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an item for a refund or store credit and place a new order for your preferred piece or size.

Email us at hello@mightydainty.com and our Customer Happiness Team will walk you through the steps to create your return label and track your package.

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. We’ll notify you by email when your refund, store credit, or replacement has been issued.

Gifted items returned within 30 days are eligible for store credit. To qualify, items must meet the same return guidelines — tags attached, packaging intact, and no visible signs of wear.
