Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey every step of the way. You can also log in to your account at any time and select“My Orders”to view your order status.

Our processing and shipping times depend on the item you order, but most pieces ship within 3 business days from your order date. Please note that personalized photo or engraving orders may take slightly longer during peak seasons — every keepsake is made with care.

United States: Duties are included in the shipping fee. Sales taxes are applied at checkout based on your shipping address.
International Orders: You may be responsible for any duties and taxes charged by your local customs office. These fees vary by country, and unfortunately, we can’t predict or reimburse them. For details, please contact your local customs authority before ordering.
