Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. You can also log into your account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. Shipping timelines are usually within 3 business days from order date.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
United States: duties are included in the shipping fee. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
Other international shipments: there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Mighty Dainty does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fee is charge based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts
- Orders above $100: Free shipping OR $15 flat rate for express shipping
- Orders below $100: $10 flat rate for shipping OR $15 flat rate for express
- Orders above $100: Free shipping OR $29 flat rate for express shipping
- Orders below $100: $15 flat rate for expedited shipping OR $29 flat rate for express
- Order above $200: Shipping is on us!
- Order below $200: $29 shipping fee
How is my order shipped?
We use DHL/FedEx for US and international orders as well as FedEx/Canada Post for those being delivered within Canada. The estimated shipping timelines are listed below and does not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier's end.Keep in mind depending on the postal code, express shipping option may not be available
What’s your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days for a refund. Please note we need to receive your returned piece back at our facility by the end of this 30-day window. Also, make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry. Keep in mind that engraved pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. Be sure to check out the Engagement FAQ's section for more details on the Engagement return policy
Are returns free?
Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of the US or Canada may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
What's your return guideline?
All returned products must have their original tags attached, have no signs of wear and original packaging intact. Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Mighty Dainty will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.
Why wasn’t my shipping refunded?
We’re unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders. Orders outside of the US or Canada may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
What’s your exchange policy?
We actually don’t offer exchanges for any pieces. All pieces can be returned for refund or store credit. You can then place a new order for the piece or size you’d prefer!
How do I start the return process?

When will I receive my refund?
Once your order arrives back to us, it can take up to 5-10 business days for it to be processed. We’ll be in touch via email with an update on your refund, store credit or replacement.
What about gift returns?
We offer store credit for gift orders returned within 30 days. Please make sure the return guidelines are met in order for the credit to be applied.
